    Cool Stool® is a 100% raw, high fibre and super seed mix and daily supplement, designed to promote natural bowel movement while optimising gut health.

    • Children 2 years up – building from ½ tsp to 1 tsp daily

    • Children 7 years and older – start with 1 tsp and build up to 2-3 tsp daily

    • Teenagers and adults – build up to 1-2 Tbs daily

    Your daily dose can be taken all at once or split over the course of the day.

  • You can either soak it or sprinkle it:

    Soak it when you are CONSTIPATED. Soak for 2 minutes with a little water or milk of your choice, then mix it with your favourite smoothie, porridge and/or breakfast cereal.   • As this is a raw, high fibre, and super seed mix, the benefits of taking it daily and long term are enormous. Cool Stool® is nutritionally tested and the 2 tablespoons a daily recommended daily amount will be beneficial in the long term to a healthy gut.

  • Increased fibre intake can lead to bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort, especially if your digestive system is not accustomed to high fibre content. If this does happen, reduce your daily serving by half for a week to let your digestive system adapt. It is always good to consult with your medical practitioner if you have any concerns.

  • It is very important in a high fibre diet to stay hydrated as fibre absorbs water. We also recommend that keep your whole body “moving” inside and out, a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise daily will be hugely beneficial to your overall sense of well-being.
